The WHEE (WHere Else Ensemble) at The Interchurch Center
This afternoon’s program by the WHEE (WHere Else Ensemble) brings together two pieces in new arrangements by Ljova – Mozart’s seminal Quintet in G minor, originally written for the ensemble of two violins, two violas and cello, here reimagined as a quintet for clarinet and strings; and Albert Périlhou’s “Menuet No. 4”, originally written for violin and cello and refashioned here for string quartet.
